Mentorship Program

Our Mentorship Program, also known as our Big/Little Program, allows new members and returning members to connect with one another. Through the pairings made by our Membership Development Chairs, Bigs and Littles get to bond, grow, and learn together! More details about the program will be announced later in the Fall semester.

Returning members must meet the following requirements in order to become a Big:

  • 10 Service Hours
  • 10 Leadership Hours
  • 15 Fellowship Hours
  • 1 out of 2 Big/Little Mixers
  • 1 Family Social
  • 1 Club Social

If you are interested in becoming a Big or Little this year, please fill out the Mentorship Assessment Form by October 11th!

New Member Installation is one of the most anticipated CSUF CKI events of the year. During NMI, new members are officially installed into the club and are placed into our Family System. In addition, there is a Big/Little Reveal where we find out who got paired with each other!

Our annual Family Competition lets Families and Big/Little pairs to compete with each other. Not only does this stir up some friendly competition within the club, but it also allows our Big/LIttle pairs to participate in fun activities while getting to know each other better. From hanging out at socials to making TikToks, the Family Competition is an experience like no other!
